During this Networking Hour, guest speaker Suela Pirushi, known as The B.R.I.D.G.E. Woman, will share insights through her talk, “The Trust Based Economy Building Bridges, Not Transactions.”

Suela Pirushi is a B.R.I.D.G.E. strategist, author of The Business Currency is Love, and creator of the B.R.I.D.G.E. Programme™. Her work is grounded in the belief that business is built not only on strategy, but on love, trust, loyalty, and genuine human connection. After rebuilding her career from zero in the UK following 20 years of global experience across the World Bank, government, and international partnerships, she developed a six pillar framework that helps professionals and founders move from invisible to unstoppable.

As part of the session, Suela will guide participants through an interactive activity called “The Bridge Test.” Each participant will reflect on one professional relationship and answer a powerful question: “Am I building a bridge or a transaction?”

Participants will then be invited to connect with at least one person in the room, transforming reflection into real time human connection and trust building.
